To make special trays which will accommodate your upper and lower teeth in the best manner possible we need to have proper impressions of your teeth. There is a certain timeframe for the fabrication of the trays and you will have to come back after a few days to get them.

About evening, you will put a little gel into the marked areas of both trays and wear them for about ten consequitive nights.
